When authority is unavoidable, reverence is needed. We respect the child and his unique abilities. We are not potters aiming to mould the child in a certain shape that exists in our minds; we equip create his own ideal person and the will and ability to reach it. We do believe that we are at a position of benefit where we can influence the thinking and attitude of our pupils. And this, we take as an opportunity to set certain ground rules provide them the basic framework to enjoy the convenience provided for their learning.



Discipline facilitates smooth functioning of the departments for the benefit of its members. We expect the pupils and parents to respect and adhere to the basic framework of the school. The instances of under controlled or over controlled behavior from students is generally responded in the following manner:

Pupil is isolated from the environment and given space to rethink his conduct.

A neutral member from our human resources team then offers pupil counseling to enable him to look at the event objectively in a wider perspective beyond its immediate repercussions.

This is followed an informal chat with parents to guide them create a more conducive environment at home and help us achieve the desired change in the child.

If the need be students are also suggested more professional counseling to assist them to meet their behavioral, emotional and conditioning challenges.
